5 years in product design
In 2020, I transitioned fully into UX and product design, where my curiosity takes me far. Why this step? What happens next? Does that really need another click? I bring that questioning instinct to specialist tools and everyday services alike.
What I do
I ask questions, untangle requirements and turn them into flows and interfaces that make it easy for someone to get their tasks done. Then I get into the details with stakeholders and developers, because a pixel-perfect screen is only the beginning.
What I’ve done
I’ve stepped into the worlds of building inspectors, job seekers and assistance operators, designing the iOS app for rebar detectors, Scoot’s career portal and multi-mode transport booking services. Getting to understand someone else’s working day is one of my favourite parts of the job.
