I’m Jacquelyn, a product designer based in Paris. I love tackling complex problems and crafting every step of the user’s journey, so the products I design feel effortless to use.
5 years in visual design
I built my visual design foundation working as a graphic designer at advertising agencies. TBWA, BBH and Tribal are where I refined my design instincts, working across brand identities, marketing materials, and even illustration.
5 years in product design
In 2020, I transitioned fully into UX and product design, where my curiosity takes me far. I bring that questioning instinct to specialist tools and everyday services alike. Currently, I’m using AI tools to increase the productivity and breadth of my workflow and output.
How I work
A pixel-perfect screen is only the beginning of my work. It often feels like navigating a ship in a foggy ocean, managing several moving parts at the same time. It’s important for me to collaborate closely with the team to understand requirements, understand constraints and turn ambiguity into something we can act on.
What I’ve done
I’ve created public-facing work for Singapore Airlines, Assurance Maladie, Scoot, Netflix, Standard Chartered... just to name a few. I’ve stepped into the worlds of building inspectors, job seekers and assistance operators. Getting to understand someone’s working day is one of my favourite parts of the job.
